Evify – Intelligent Delivery App + FleetOps ERP for EV Logistics
EVIFY is an electric vehicle (EV) logistics startup operating a fleet of 200+ electric delivery vehicles. I joined as a consultant to define and ship a full-stack solution: a Rider App for on-ground delivery staff and a FleetOps ERP platform for operations and leadership.
This was a greenfield product — I led the design and delivery of critical modules across tracking, payouts, task management, and analytics, all optimized for scale and efficiency.

Challenge
Evify’s operations were entirely manual — tracking deliveries, attendance, and payouts through spreadsheets and calls.
Fleet growth was exposing bottlenecks in visibility, compliance, and rider productivity.
Key Opportunities
Build an all-in-one delivery app for EV riders to punch in, complete tasks, and track their performance
Create a scalable ERP system to manage fleet operations, monitor task flows, and automate payouts
Ensure real-time visibility into fleet movement, rider activity, and delivery SLAs

What I Did
Built a Rider-Focused Delivery App: Integrated facial recognition login for secure, contactless onboarding. Added punch-in/punch-out flow with location validation. Designed intuitive task lists, order timelines, and delivery history views.
Resulting Reliable shift tracking and better attendance compliance
Enabled Real-Time Fleet Visibility: Integrated GPS tracking and location history storage. Linked rider activity to fleet dashboards for real-time SLA monitoring. Improved task transparency and reduced delivery SLA breaches by 25%
Automated Payout & Finance Modules: Built a dedicated rider payout module tracking completed deliveries, shift hours, and deductions. Automated ledger generation for weekly/monthly salaries. Reduced manual reconciliation time by 40% for operations team.
Launched ERP Admin Dashboard: Designed a modular dashboard for fleet supervisors and leadership. Included delivery summaries, location pings, live task status, and rider performance scoring. Enabled better decision-making around route optimization and delivery load balancing
Led Product Delivery in a Lean Setup: Defined MVP scope and UI in Figma
Prioritized features in Jira, with tight 1-week dev cycles .Synced closely with developers and business team on Slack for iterative testing. Handled user flows, bug QA, and sprint signoffs directly with field managers
Designing for blue-collar users requires simplicity, icon-first UI, and offline-resilient flows. ERP dashboards need to serve real-time ops and delayed analysis — design for both. Greenfield systems demand tight scoping — focus on workflows that unblock daily execution first
